BUTTERCHICKEN:
Chicken=1/4kg(boneless)
Onion(finely chopped)=1cup
Tomato(finely chopped)=3/4cup
Gingergarlicpaste=3tsp
Garam masala powder=a pinch
Turmeric powder=1 tsp
Redchillipowder=2 tsp
Curd=1/2cup
Lemon=1/2
Kesaripowder=a pinch
Tomatoketchup=1tsp
Oil= 2tsp
Ghee=1tsp
Corianderleaves=3tbs
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken into very small pieces.
Add the chicken, curd, kesari powder and lemonjuice in a bowl and marinate for an hour.
In a heated pan add gingergarlicpaste, onion, tomato and fry it for a minute.
Then add redchillipowder, turmericpowder, salt and the marinated chicken and
stir it well. cook till chicken is tender.
Add corianderleaves and ketchup and heat it for few more minutes.
