He remembered it well, that very first time. It hadn't been the stuff of movies, like first kisses were supposed to be, but it would stay with him forever. Not because it had been earth-shattering, or because they'd been surprised, but because of the person. His own brother.

Afterwards they'd laughed about it, the alcohol easily blamed, but still Jeff couldn't shake it. Was it wrong not to feel appalled?

That's why he considered their second kiss his first. It was the first with intent, and as they hid in the shadows, he knew it was the only one that mattered.
