Asians Who Rock:

Lookie! Lookie! Guess who this is!!! It's very own Assistant Attorney General, and he's Vietnamese - Viet Dinh. Born on February 22, 1968, in Saigon, Vietnam, Dinh came to America as a refugee in 1978. After 2 years in Portland, Oregon, his family settled in Fullerton, California. He currently resides in Washington, D.C.

Dinh graduated from both Harvard College and Harvard Law School, where he was a Class Marshal and an Olin Research Fellow in Law and Economics. As an academic, he specialized in constitutional law, corporations law, and the law and economics of development. *My O My*, look at that impressive resume. How refreshing and inspiring it is to see our fellow Asians accomplish such feat. Truly, people like this make me want to achieve more.

My culture...it may not be rich in material wealth, but it has one of the most deepest, and colourful roots. I'm proud to be Chinese/ Vietnamese. to belong to such a wonderful culture. There's some things I don't like about, but overall the food, the books, the songs, the language, the traditions, the dances, the music, the morals...it's all wonderful.
