The Hausa dialect is known to be a Nigerian dialect but is also spoken in some parts of Togo, Benin, and the northern Volta region of Ghana. The list of Hausa vocabulary words here is known as "Non-native Hausa" or "Ghanaian Hausa". The difference is in the way it's pronounced. Ghanaian Hausa uses the sounds of "ch" and "j" where Nigerian Hausa uses "ky" and "gy".
