Moms and children are divided into groups, based on the age of the children and their schedule. These groups meet regularly for play dates.
Babysitting Co-op
This group has their meeting on the 1st Wednesday of the month. Members compare calendars to see if they can watch each other's children.
Cooking Club
Members meet once a month and brings a dish to share. Each meeting has a specific theme.
Book Club
Members meet once a month for grown-up books and discussion. Click here for a sample list of books read by this group
Scrapbooking Club
Moms get to work on their scrapbooks while the children play. This club meets once a month.
Walking Club
This group meets once a month at a park so that moms can get a chance to walk and their kids a chance to ride in a stroller,wagon or on a bike. This group only meet during the spring,summer and fall months.
New Clubs
If you have any ideas for a new club or are interested in starting a new club, please contact the calendar/activities chairperson.
This committee provides childcare during the monthly business meeting. This service helps minimize interruptions during the meeting and provides the right forum for discussions and guest speakers. Kids Club is no longer a joint effort between the MOMS Club� of Lakeville-East and MOMS Club�of Lakeville-West. We will now be providing our own childcare at the Church where our meetings are held. Members of our club will still be assigned to this duty on a rotating basis and will be responsible for finding their own replacements. Please check the current newsletter for the coming month's Kids Club schedules to see when your turn is. Please contact our kids club chairperson with any questions.
