Playing in the river at Hope Valley
 
We found this big stick on the side of the river. It really looked like a lot of fun to play with, so Grandpa helped us out and started throwing it into the river for us to chase.
 
Very quickly we learned it might not be such a good idea. The stick got caught in the current and I had trouble catching up with it.
 
I had to make a quick dive to catch it before it went down stream and out of reach
 

I caught it!! Time to bring it into shore. Very quickly I realized I had a problem.....
 
that bush shouldn't have been there. Now I find myself stuck in the bush, but here comes my favorite big sister to the rescue.
  Thanks Bear, but I got myself into this, I need to get myself out of it. Give me a second and I will figure something out.
 
Sorry Bear, I had to let go of the stick. We need to find something else to play with, but gee.... that sure was a close one!
