Detailed Description:
  Physical- Kelser is about 6'2, 250 Ibs.  Long grey hair that he keeps in a
nice ponytail.  His skin is deeply tanned and weathered.  He has a suprisingly
soft baritone voice that gets very cold when he's ticked.
  Emotional- Kelser is even tempered and runs his hold with a strong hand.
Everyone likes him because he is very fair.  His soft spot is for his
kids...especially his daughter Shyan.  He doesn't anger easily and when he is,
he keeps tight control over it.

Brief History: Kelser grew up as the only heir to Crescant Hold.  His parents
trained him early on his duties to Hold, Hall and Weyr and how to manage a small
holding.  It wasn't long before his true talent showed.  He was very good with
drawing and still does it as a hobby.  He loves watching the children learn the
ways of their parents and will help those families who have come on hard times.
When he turned 24, he met his wife Dawra who was 21 at the time.  She gave him two beautiful children including Devan, the next heir to Crescant Hold.  When his parents were killed on a boating accident, he stepped up as the rightful heir to the hold.

   Abilities- drawing portraits and landscapes
   Strengths- knows how to run a hold fairly and be successful
   Weaknesses- at times he's too kind hearted
