Detailed Description:

Physical- Keefa is tall and thick built. She's accumulated muscle
from Turns of riding. Her skin is a light brown, as is her hair,
which she wears cropped short and close to her head. She has
round brown eyes, a wide nose and full lips. She has a very
curvaceous figure and long legs. She has wide hands with long fingers, and a ride of callouses across the top of her palm.

Emotional- Outside the infirmary, Keefa is a very outgoing,
friendly woman. She likes having a large group of friends and
loves just having a good time.She's a very loyal friend and prefers
relationships over one night stands.
      Inside the infirmary, however, Keefa is a very serious,
studious woman. She takes her duties very seriously and is not
afraid to take control of a situation, or lecture higher rankers on
the correct care of their dragon.

Brief History: Keefa was born in a moderate sized hold in Keroon
territory. Keefa's father, Shatet, ran the hold with the help of his
two younger brothers. Being the oldest of four girls and the second
oldest child all around, Keefa was fostered to her aunt Mirala, who
was a healer's wife in Fort Hold.
      Twelve-Turn-old Keefa loved her new foster family. She
helped her uncle Aernal ask mush as she could, mostly gathering
ingredients and cleaning up. He realized she had a talent for
healing and sent her to the Fort Healer Hall. She apprenticed at age
fourteen. Keefa worked hard and was on her way to become a good Healer.
      When Keefa was two Turns into her apprenticeship, Fort Weyr
dragons came on Search. The dragons chose Keefa and she decided
to go, as the hatching was expected in a sevenday, and come back
to the Hall if she was left standing, like she expected she would.
      Much to her surprise, Keefa impressed blue Hejath and was
now a Weyrling. Keefa felt shocked and a little guilty about having
impressed, but she quickly lost those feelings as training progressed. The pair did well in Weyrling training, graduating in the middle of the class and were assigned to a mid-altitude wing and a Searchrider team, as Hejath showed the signs of a decent Searchdragon.
     It took nearly ten Turns before Keefa and Hejath had their first, life changing accident. They were flying a heavy, clumping Fall and Hejath had just turned his head to get another piece of firestone. When he looked back to the front, he caught a small clump of Thread across his right eye. The dragonhealers did the best they could, but Hejath lost his eye and ended up having his lids sewn shut.
      Keefa was devastated, especially after they were taken out of the fighting Wing. She devoted all off her time to helping Hejath heal. This led her to slowly become interested in Dragonhealing. She started working in the Weyr's infirmary, eventually earning an unofficial rank of Journeyman. Hejath learned to fly again very quickly with Keefa acting as his spotter for take offs and landings. After a few more Turns working at Fort, Keefa asked for a transfer to Lakeside Weyr. She wanted to learn new techniques and procedures.

Abilities/Strengths/Weaknesses: Keefa despises firelizards and wants
nothing to do with them. She has a neat, legible script, useful for
keeping records.

Description: Hejath is a medium sized blue. His hide is a bright, vibrant color with mottled spots of darker blue on his underside. His right eye has been sewn shut and he has white Threadscore scars across that side of his head.

Personality: Hejath is a personable, friendly blue. He can be very lazy at times, but does enjoy a swim in the lake or ocean. He's a decent searchdragon and usually about half the candidates he finds end up Impressing.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Hejath has a hard time with landing, due to his lack of depth perception, but he has more stamina for flying straight than most blues.
