| LKC stands for Lakeshore Kennel Club. LKC is a kennel club that any dog and owner (over 7 years old) can join, mutt or purebred. You don't need to own a dog to register. We may hold tournaments for registered dogs to compete in. If you have a favorite breed you can make up a breed club for that particular dog breed. You can hold tournaments, contests, and/or meetings for your club. For mutts if you want, under certain rules, you may create a breed that can be LKC registerable.
