We have had Heddie at our farm since age 3 months and so we have had the opportunity to watcher grow from foal all the way to mare with a foal at her side. It took her a little while to learn the knack of mothering, but she learned from the example Serina set. Heddie has become an excellent mother. She is calm and patient with them, and so is always alert to any dangers they may stumble upon. We are most pleased with Heddie's progression from foal to adult Fjord. |
