Page - Historically a boy training for knighthood in service to a knight or person of high rank, as at court. The position of Page is a two year station that will see a young man move from the 10 Basic Articles of Faith learned as a Serf to next learning 10 Basic Subjects of Biblical Theology in his first year. Their second year as a page, they will study 10 key words of Bible Doctrine with greater emphasis on application, as well as servanthood and selflessness as the pages primary responsibility is to serve their sponsoring knights and any nobles at banquets and in court. To illustrate this, the new page will be awarded a tunic by the household and a leather chord for use in ranking. As pages, boys begin their training in preparation for the tournaments, learning first to respect the sport and its tools, and also the rules of engagement with the proper understanding of chivalry. Role Play will continue to be a major tool in the teaching and developing of these ideas and ideals as pages learn to role play various witnessing scenarios with major emphasis on scripture memorization.
