At the age of sixteen, Toba is a Gungan scout from Otoh Gunga. During one of his excursions to Naboo�s drier regions, he made friends with the others in his group while they were on a field trip from the Royal House of Learning. He is both curious and brave and is always looking for a new place to explore and discover. He is aspiring to learn more about combat, and although many treat him as inferior, Toba is quite skilled at what he does. He is tall and lanky with his ears pulled back in a pony-tail type fashion. A dusty brown flight hat rests on his head with modified goggles for use by Gungans. He wears tan pants and a brown vest and gloves. His weapon of choice is always the Cesta (a weapon similar to a polearm.)
