| CITIZENS ON PATROL (COP) In collaboration with the Baltimore City Police Department Southern District, the Lakeland Community Association Public Safety Division, and several other community associations, the citizen on Patrol has been active in coordinating citizens efforts to fight crime. On November 9,2006, the public safety division of the Lakeland Community Association organized Lakeland's very first COP. The turn out was great! We had representation from the Southern District Community Relations Unit, Major Eric Jordan, VP of Morrell Park Carroll McCoy, representation from the Brooklyn Park Community Association, The Guardians Angels, Federal Hill Community Association, and a host of residents from Lakeland. |
