We organize fund raisers for the many band expenses. We also provide support for the Lake Forest September Classic Tournament of Bands; a major fund raiser of the Band Boosters. We rely on many volunteers to work the Band Booster's consession stand at the home football games. We also provide chaperones for away football games and band trips. We have purchased some of the uniforms and cleaning of uniforms. Working with the Band Director, we provide financial support for the assistant band director and other suport personnel.
As you can see, the Lake Forest Band relies heavily upon parents and volunteers to make the marching band season successful. We appreciate all the support that parents,volunteers, and the community give to the band. Please feel free to contact any of the Lake Forest Band Booster officers. Our monthly meeting is held the fourth Tuesday of the month in the high school band room at 6:30 p.m. Please join us. Everyone is welcome to come.
