Shipping
We ship anywhere within the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping is a flat rate of $50.00. This includes the cost of all packaging materials and heat/cold packs if needed. Shipping will be via UPS overnight. We reserve the right the postpone shipping in the even of inclimate weather. We will not ship if temperatures are forcasted to be below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees fahrenheit in either the originating or the destination area while the animal(s) are predicted to be in transit. We require an adult of 18 years or older to sign for/receive shipments and to give proper care to the animal(s) immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for carrier delays, unforseen weather issues, or the condition of an animal that was not received on the first delivery attempt. We will ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Terms
We will not ship animals until the purchase price (including shipping) has been paid in full. We will place an animal on "Hold" for up to 30 days, providing we receive a 25% non-refundable deposit. We will then hold said animal(s) for 30 days. By the end of the 30th day, the full purchase price (including shipping) must be paid. If full payment is not received, or the order is canceled for any reason, the 25% deposit will be forfeited and the animal(s) placed back up for sale. Please provide your full name, address, and phone number(s). As soon as payment clears, I will contact you immediately to arrange shipping (weather permitting).

Guarantee
We guarantee all animals to be healthy, eating to our satisfaction, and properly sexed (with the exception of temperature-sexed individuals, which have no guarantee on sex) before shipping. Due to the fact that once an animal is shipped, their care is no longer in our control, we guarantee the health of all animals for 72 hours after arrival. If, in the unfortunate event, an animal arrives dead, please contact us immediately to report such an incident. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we assume the delivery went as planned. Please store the remains in a refrigerator until a return can be arranged. We will gladly offer a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, a refund (less shipping costs) in the event of this unlikely situation. Any other refunds/exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis at the descretion of Lake Effect Leos. Please report any problems immediately and we will do our best to work with you and resolve any issues or concerns. All guarantees are void if the animal(s) are not received on the first delivery attempt.
