Hatchlings dig their way out of the sand and scramble for water; they are often preyed on by other Pokemon like Wingull. General Pokedex data: These huge heavy Pokemon are often seen training by blasting huge ocean rocks with their cannons, and the occasional Wingull. Its shell is huge like a normal Blastoises, but slightly flatter to allow better passage through the water. Have tons of barnacles on their shells, and sometimes the occasional Staryu. Its arms and hands are still long broad flippers, but by this point in time they become skilled in using what they have to maneuver objects to the best of their ability. Their hind flippers have grown strong and act more like legs, giving them the ability to stand upright and walk on land. Their 'feet' are still long flipper extensions, and when they walk its more like a penguin waddling, or a human being walking in swimming fins. Their ears stay a tad longer than a normal Blastoise to provide steering through water, but lose their fur and become rounded. Their mouths are huge sharp beaks. Their tails shorten and lose their fur, but commonly retain the tiny swirled tip of a Squirtles tail. Their shells have compartments for their cannons, pieces of shell that lift and allow these pressurized water guns to extend and lock into position. Cannons can be extended and retracted at will. Often have small patches of rust, and barnacles on cannnons. They prefer to be solitary other than congregating to eat, or mate. No uneccesary congregation. Commonly seen basking, riding large waves, or practicing with its cannons. Big often destructive fights can escalate from two male sea Blastoise fighting over rights to a girl. The Acid Pokemon Type 1/ Water Type2/ Ground Height: 1'04" Weight: 18.7 lbs. General Pokedex data: This Pokemon detests sunlight, and is usually only seen in the cool embrace of night. Rainforest Wooper are completely water dependant at birth. They breathe soley through the gills on their stomachs, and do not leave the water at all until they develop proper lungs. Unlike their blue skinned cousins, they enjoy the taste of bugs just as well as fish. They sometimes prey on surskit, or anything they can catch around their general water home. Their bodies are usually more colorful than a normal woopers, a full spectrum at their disposal. However they usually have at least one bright contrasting color on their bodies by nature. They can have spots, stripes, or no markings at all. Instead of secreting the usual stinging slime, their bodies are covered in a highly hallucinagenic poison. The strength of this poison varies with parentage and color. A wooper with darker colors is likely to have weak venom, while a blindingly bright one would have stronger effects. Overall, it is advised not to eat or taste them in any way. They are almost entirely nocturnal, and love the dark, while they hate the light. They love the cold, and it is not uncommon for them to venture from their warm rainforest homes to colder areas such as the mountains or underground. However they often stick out like a sore thumb and do not generally survive. Have a natural instinct to collect as many round objects as possible. Rainforest Quagsire are now fully able to move about on land for long distances, but still cannot live completely without the presence of water. They maintain tiny stubs of their antennae even after evolution. Males often partake of strange breeding rituals that involve searching for round objects to give to females. They usually just sort through their horde of rounds to find the prettiest one to offer up as a gift. They are capable of moving about in daylight, but they by no means like it. They still prefer cold places, but are more resiliant towards the warm. Those who have left their jungle home usually return to search for a female, and often take their finest round with them. Their venom strengthens once they evolve, still capable of inducing hallucinations, however some with stronger venom in the first place might have fatal secretions. The Tiny Lizard Pokemon Type 1/ Normal Type 2/ Dragon Height: 6 inches long Weight: 1 lb General Pokedex data: This Pokemon is commonly seen sleeping peacefully in nests in the bases of trees, their parents usually aren't far off. Small white lizards with small arms, a small sparse main traveling from mid back to tail tip, two budding horns, solid black eyes, and tiny underdeveloped wings. The markings on wings are black at this stage. These baby pokemon have yet do develop a gender, so as a result they have both parts until the time comes when they evolve into Flitling. The things that determine gender are unknown, and often it seems completely random. As a result, the babies often don't think of themselves as having a gender, they are 'it's until it is time. Since their lack of gender in this baby form, they are incapable of mating till they evolve. They usually stick around in their nests with their clutchmates under the watchful eye of their parents. Though they have wings, they are underdeveloped meaning that this form lives a complete existance on the ground til evolution. They stick close to their parents, and if a supply of food is unavailable they depend on them for meat or other sources of food such as nuts, berries, or insects. Thought it is not unknown for a Lilthing to go out on its own, but the survival rate for such a Pokemon drops drastically. Usually very curious, and strangely clever. They have been seen trying to awkwardly climb trees using their only limbs, but never really succeed. This is the stage where they safely learn about the world, and decide what type of Pokemon they will later be. Their scales reflect all light that hits them, oven giving them a shining appearance. Easy prey for other Pokemon. They have minor healing properties with has earned them attention along with their scales. If a pained Pokemon eats, or applies the blood of a Lilthing to a wound, any pain experienced will dull slightly. The Flutter Pokemon Type 1/ Normal Type 2/ Dragon Height: 1'06" Weight: 8 lbs. General Pokedex data: These Pokemon fly by frantically flapping their wings, giving them the fluttering appearance of a butterfly. The luster of their white scales intensify with evolution, giving them a glowing appearance in the sun or when hit by any light at all. Their horns grow, as does their muzzle size. They also gain another pair of legs, making them quadrupedal, and able to finally climb trees. In this stage they are able to mate, but their attractive hides have earned them both Pokemon and human enemies. Their glowing light attracts alot of unwanted attention, making them easy prey to spot out especially at night. Humans hunt them down if only for the luster of their scales, but since Flitling are so small they don't yield much, resulting in many being hunted down. They prefer to take to the trees in this form, and are often seen whirling around branches feeding off of ripe fruit, nuts, and seeds. Young males often enjoy scrapping with eachother, jousting and fighting with their still short little horns that have just begun to grow. Females however are more passive, and prefer just to coil around tree branches or stones on the ground to nap. Their bodies healing properties increase, resulting in the cure of minor illnesses such as light fevers or infections. Their blood and meat can null pain, and if one spends a great amount of time in one place, that area will imperceptibly become purified of disease. They walk quite like lizards do, awkwardly moving they're limbs and flailing their tail and body. The Ghost Cure Pokemon Type 1/ Normal Type 2/ Dragon Height: 3'07" Weight: 25 lbs. General Pokedex data: This Pokemon soars through forests at night, glowing brightly and giving off the appearance of a ghost. Wispwing are named for their six majestic wings which allow it excellent maneuverability through air. They can reach high speeds, or even go as slow as a cottonspores pace. A third set of legs grows which makes them rather good tree climbers, as well as exceptionally quick across the ground. Their bodies glow can not be controlled by shifting their scales simultaneously, but this ability to control its luster has also given it a new form of attack. This Pokemon is exceptionally difficult to catch or hunt in the day, since it can be so bright as to cause damage to the eyes when looked at directly for too long. Its bodies natural cure had strengthened to an immunity against sickness and poison, provided it stays alive during the first contact. When touched or healed by a Wispwing, the results can be great. Sickness can be healed, wounds nulled completely, and in some cases... death can be provented. This power of healing grows as as they do, so the older the Wispwing, the more powerful its effects. However, this means that such things as saving a Pokemon from death can only be accomplished by the oldest of these dragon Pokemon, and even then possibility of death from energy expendature is high. This Pokemon has been known by humans to appear as a glowing light to those in need, and then sacrifice its own life to save them. As a result, these Pokemon are respectd man, and the discovery of this evolution has led to the species being endangered and protected. However, that hasn't stopped them from being hunted by a select few. Their horns have grown to resemble antennae, but they are hard and knifelike with sharp points and edges. Males still fight for females, but he experienced they gained as a Flitling has trained them. Now the battles are swift and short, often resulting in injury upon those horns. Though females also have them, they only use them for self defense. Both Flitling and Wispwing males choose a female for life, however other males often challenge them for rights to a girl, resulting in a fight. Females are more lax about their partners, and often mate up to four different males for good gene mixes. The males, upon seeing eachother when seeking the females company, will attempt to fight eachother off. This is a test of strength, and the last remaining male will be the one the female will stay with. This 'cheating' on the females part, is a normal part of a relationship, so it is expected by the males, and does not affect their overall view of the female. When interbreeding with other species, females will still expect males to prove themselves someway, and males often encourage females to seek out other male challengers.
