March 2005:
It looks like I haven't updated this very recently so I guess now is a better time than ever to do so!. I have been
listening to a lot of music, but I haven't really found any great new discs. Instead I am relying on old classics to
get me through the days; stuff like the "Something Big" box set of all of Burt Bacharach's A&M recordings, as well as
some Heatwave records from the late 70's.
I have also been listening to Goldfrapp's "Felt Mountain" and Burt Bacharach's collaboration with Ron Isley. The string
sections on both of those albums sound amazing, and of course the arrangements are beautiful too. Other than that I am
listening to the same ol' stuff... Steely Dan, Beaumont, etc. etc.
Until next time! ~Noah~
