7. How did you get the bunny bug?
I had originally wanted a hedgehog, but you cannot buy them in Quebec. As a second choice, I bought a bunny. And I am now addicted.



About My Bunny

KAHULA & LINDOR

1. What is your bun's breed?
They are both mini lops. One black and one white.

2. How did your bun get its name?
Kahlua got her name because when I was younger I had a bunny named Bailey (after Baileys), and as a university student I felt I should make the new bunny's name alcohol related as well. With Lindor, we tried really hard to pick an alcohol related name. My sister wanted her to be called Milwaukee, but it was too long. Then she suggested Lindaur (sp?) after a wine in New Zealand, and then the name just ended up Lindor. The chocolate is yummy and the name is easier to pronounce!

3. How old is your bun(s)?
Kahlua is a year, and Lindor is 6 months.

4. When and How did you acquire your bun? adopt?
I bought Kahlua from a pet store (wrong I know) beacuse there were no bunnies at the shelter. I couldn't wait because I was really lonely. Lindor was an impulse buy, also from a pet store.

5. Name 3 things that your bun does to make you smile.
When Kahlua gets a treat she carries it around in her mouth to the top level of her cage. Lindor is really affectionate, and makes me smile because if I am near her cage she gets really excited. She also makes me smile when her dishes are near empty because she empties out the contents and bangs them around.

6. What is your bun(s) favorite food?
Kahlua loves her very occasional nibble of banana, and her carrots and brocoli. Lindor loves hay.

7. What is your bun(s) favorite toy?
They both like to chew on boxes. Kahlua's favourite though would be the levels in her cage. Lindor's favourite is a collection of binder rings I connected.
