Sandra has been a member of Lagomorph Lounge since Sept 10, 2003. She has been an active member from the very beginning, already achieving the rank of "Ultimate Flopper" with more than 500 posts. Currently, she lives in Canada with her 2 bonded bunnies; Frodo and Lego.

Sandra always amazes me at what a dedicated and loving bunny mom she is. She gives her two bunny girls the best care possible and is always so patient with them. They have come a long way in her care. Her dedication and hardwork has finally paid off now that she not only has loving and social buns but she also has a bonded pair. Sandra's one of my favorite persons here on LL. She's always extremely friendly and I enjoy her stories about her three girls even though she doesn't post enough pics of them! Her posts definately always brighten my day. I really admire Sandra for never giving up trying to bond Frodo and Lego. I know it wasn't easy but she did it!!! I'm thrilled that the two girls are now bonded and moved in together. And I'm especially happy for Sandra as I know how badly she wanted her bonded pair! Great job Sandra!!! I know she's going through some tough times right now and I want her to know that I'm here for her if she needs someone to talk to *hugs*

I've gotten to know Sandra well since joining the Lagomorph Lounge and I know that she is one of the most loving bunny mommas you're going to find. We also share a love for our cats, and as there are few of us on the Lounge, we all gotta stick together!! But it is her dedication and emotional effort to bond her two bunny girls that has earned her 2nd Member of the Month. It's been a long, hard, sometimes heart-breaking process for Sandra and her girls, and the first attempt was unsuccessful. But Sandra found the courage to try again, with help from Clara and others on the board. And this time she's done it!!!!! Sandra, I am soo happy for your success and so proud of you. I know the big reward in bonding your girls is having both of them to snuggle with while watching t.v. or just relaxing at night, but I hope you find this award a little extra happiness in your already deliriously wonderful achievement. Even though some LL members credit me with helping Sandra bond her girls, all I ever said to Sandra was, �Give them some time�� but Sandra definitely did all the work! Now it is my pleasure when she tells me, �Clara, its all worth it!� When I first met Sandra, she was in the process of making the tough decision to re-home one of her girls. Most new rabbit owners don�t realize that bonded bunnies when they are younger, will hit puberty and that changes the dynamics of any relationship which is exactly what happened in Sandra�s situation. I know it has been a long road, but I am so extremely proud that Sandra has maintained her patience and love for her beautiful girls. Now she has the pleasure of posting snuggle bun pics for the rest of the LL board to enjoy. She is definitely a great inspiration and a perfect candidate for the 2nd Member of the Month.
