HOW IT ALL BEGAN..
Having had a fascination with Siamese cats since childhood I acquired my first seal point girl, Suzie in 1975.

I had no thoughts of breeding in those days but Suzie had other ideas and nipped of with the first Tomcat that appeared on the scene. This resulted in three gorgeous grey kittens that captured my imagination and from then on I vowed that one day I would breed pure Siamese kittens.

My first litter of pedigree kittens were born in 1979 after my girl, Suzie II was mated to Pentangle Beauman owned by Joan Grabham of Busybee Siamese. Suzie had three pretty kittens that all went to pet homes.

For the next few years I concentrated on bringing up my own babies and gave up the idea of breeding Siamese kittens for a while.

After Suzie died I adopted Henry, a blue tabby point kitten who became the softest drippiest cat I ever knew. He spent most of his time playing with my children and when we aquired Sarah, a gentle Labrador bitch, he adopted her as his playmate.

Henry left a huge void in my life when he had to be put to sleep aged 14 and I was soon looking for another tabby point to spoil.

I was introduced to Marjorie Cleghorn at the Noreast of Scotland Cat Show and by chance she was looking for a home for a chocolate tabby kitten. She needed to look no further and a few weeks later I brought Sammy home. He instantly adopted Sarah as his new Mum and they became firm friends.

After seeing all the beautiful cats at the show my thoughts turned to breeding and my search for a suitable queen began.

Dr Bruce Bennett was kind enough to let me have a chocolate girl, Redmoss Zahara otherwise known as Sascha and when she was old enough she was mated to Shybu Darhvel Dandy and had one chocolate and one lilac kitten.
