| The Assignment Students will read the book and subsequently do the following: 1. Webquest 2. Book Report 3. Visit 2 websites regarding Black History and maintain a journal regarding their reactions information provided. |

Uses and understands technology, such as computers, films, audio, video, CDs and the Internet, for a variety of tasks such as research, learning, composing, and presenting. |
