On Feb. 4, 2003 I was diganosed with Breast cancer I was shocked and saying this can't be happen this is the stuff that only happens to other people well I got a reality check it can happen to anybody.
On feb. 10, 2003 I had a Lumpectomy and the cancer had not spreaded to the limp nodes the doctor says that is the best part. He said he truly believes he got all the cancer.
On March 3, 2003 I had a porta catheter but in to give me my chemo and take blood from to save my veins I had it in place for 2 weeks and I went for my first chemo treatment on March 20 2003 the nurse was unable to get blood from the porta catheter so they send me over to the hositpal for a dye test well that doctor found my catheter was clogged he fixed it and I was headed back to the chemo doctor. I recieved my chemo. I was just alittle sick for just a few days and then it was like I was my normal self except for alittle more tired than normal .
Now the sad part of my whole cancer ordeal All my friends except one has stop coming to see me and stop calling me The One friend that is still around lives 2 hours away and I dont get to see her much but we talk on the phone almost everyday She was there for me when I had my surgery (Thank You Jinesa I Love You). My parents have been great they have been taking care of my kids so I can just worry about getting better and my boyfriend has just been SUPER he has been my life boat.
I go for my chemo treatments every 3 weeks .
Thank you for reading my story and I will keep you updated as long as my energy lets me. I also want to Thank the doctors that have been a big part of my recover.
I have completed all treatments and slowly getting back to my old self .
4 years and I am still cancer free. Thank you Lord
