| I think it's a rule that you have to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace at least once. I always missed it, either because I showed up on the wrong day, the wrong time, or I was preoccupied with writing in my journal in Green Park next door. When Tom and Amy showed up in London for their honeymoon, the three of us managed to meet and walk over there in time to see the whole procession. I must say it's a little weird to see all these guys in proper uniforms playing the James Bond theme and showtune medleys as they march along.... |
