Yule Divination Spell

Prepare your Yule log to be burned on the Winter Solstice. 

Traditionally, the Yule Log is a fresh piece of wood from your own yard (usually Oak).  It is not bought and a piece is saved to help start next year's fire.

When your fire is kindled, throw a sprig of Holly on it.  According to lore, this will burn away your troubles from the past year.

Once you are free of these troubles, use this spell to see the future with clearer vision.

Please show me what you see

with your flames of light

that are warming me.

Sit close to the fire and stare into it.  As you concentrate, images will appear in the flames.  Different people will see different things.  As always, you must be open-minded.
