Where Magick Dwells
Have you ever watched the rising sun embrace the Earth with a warm hug and golden rays of light?
Have you ever seen a rainbow appear in the sky after a Summer shower that was desperately needed on a hot August afternoon?
Have you ever stood by the ocean and listened to seagulls squawking overhead while waves caressed the shore and your feet sank in the sand?
Have you ever played with a child in a pile of Autumn leaves who laughed at the crunching beneath his tiny shoes as he jumped again and again?
Have you ever tasted fresh apple cider and homemade doughnuts after a hayride and corn maze at a local orchard in October?
Have you ever noticed a deer gliding over tall grass in a field without even making a whisper as he darted away?
Have you ever enjoyed the Moon's light reflecting off a frozen lake and ice covered trees on a clear Winter's night?
Have you ever caught snowflakes on your tongue as they fell from the clouds like soft cottonballs and covered the land in a blanket of white?
Have you ever heard the enchanting sound of a river flowing over rocks and underneath a fallen log when snow melts away and Spring unfolds before your very eyes?
Have you ever laid beneath the stars and were mesmerized by crickets singing lullabies and welcoming warmer weather?
Have you ever walked in the woods alone and thought you caught a glimpse of faeries dancing in the moonbeams?
Have you ever cuddled a sleeping puppy,
or witnessed an Eagle soar in the sky,
or hummed along with the Robin,
or followed a butterfly in your yard,
or stood outside in the rain,
or splashed around in a puddle,
or simply sat in your garden,
and enjoyed the flowers' sweet smell?
If you have,
then you know,
Magick lives wherever nature casts her spell.
