Autumn Spell for Ridding Negativity
in Your Life

Like the trees shed their leaves before snow weighs down their branches, Autumn is a good time to shed negativity, sadness, grief, depression (especially anxiety which often builds in many people as winter approaches).
On a windy Autumn day or night, preferably when the moon is waning (but not absolutely necessary) stand outside and ground yourself. By grounding yourself, you will hold on to all the good things in your life.
Then with your arms outstretched, feel the wind blow away your pain, sadness, etc. or whatever you trying to let go of. Watch the leaves rolling away on the ground and in the air, and imagine your troubles blowing away in much the same manner. Feel the cleansing power of the wind go through you. Let it take whatever feelings (pain, sadness, etc.) are affecting you negatively.
Speak the following chant aloud or to yourself (whichever one makes you feel more comfortable).
Blow away pain
with the leaves on the trees.
Blow away pain,
leaving me free.
Blow away pain.
Rid what is wrong
Blow away pain,
leaving me strong.
I recommend chanting the above three times, for as the old saying goes, "three times a charm", but feel free to say it as many times as is necessary to make you feel stronger. You can also chant something else, your own verse for instance, or even nothing at all - just let the wind cleanse your spirit.
You do not have to wait until Autumn to perform this spell. Any windy day will do.
