Spell/Prayer for Homeless Animals

Light a candle and, with your hands folded together, say the following prayer aloud. Concentrate on sending love and healing energy to all homeless animals.
With this candle
burning bright
I send this prayer
out tonight.
I hope that you
will hear my call
for the animals
great and small.
Maiden Goddess
keep them strong
as they walk a
path that's long.
Mother Goddess
send your love
and shine upon them
from above.
Hold them close,
oh wise Crone.
Please help each one
find a home.
And with this prayer
may people see
animals need them.
So mote it be.
Let the candle burn out. Repeat this spell frequently because more pets are abandoned each day.
I believe we must help a spell manifest. There are many things you can do to bring this one to light. Donate any spare change, old towels, newspapers, etc. to your local humane society or volunteer to walk the dogs there. If you have room, adopt an animal. I have a feral cat that lives in the woods behind my house. He is not friendly, but we leave food out for him anyway.
Hopefully, if we all work together, many homeless cats and dogs will one day find loving homes :)
