In order to promote and support the culinary arts of the Kingdom, the autocrats are giving the option to the populace of bringing a pre-17th century dish instead of a mundane dish to the potluck luncheon. There will also be a Populace Choice Vote (and prize given to the winner) for the best pre-17th century dish!
For the pre-17th century Populace Choice vote items: Please make enough for all the populace to enjoy and vote on (or make very small tasting portions in addition to a general dish) and provide a recipe and any source material to accompany the dish.
