Welcome to my website!
Enjoy your stay!
Greetings and Well met! My name is Heather Trudgeon and I like so many others have been horse crazy my entire life. I grew on a 120 acre farm with anywhere from thirteen to four horses in my younger days.

My family has been involved in the horse business for almost five generations. Including the current one. My aunt had a couple AQHA Congress Champions back in the 1980's and my own gelding is a registered Quarter Horse. I have ridden in many shows in my life including, lead line (in my younger days), Western Pleasure, Trail, Western Equitation, Costume Class, and Various Gaming activities. I also used to do alot of pleasure riding just by myself, blazing my own trails.

Since my earliest days I have always been drawing, coloring and even writing about horses, not to mention being outside with our "herd" constantly playing with them all of the time. I'm sure the broodmares enjoyed my visits as it gave the foals someone else to pester. I found the wide world of model horses in 1989 when I recieved my first breyer as a gift from a dear freind.

In December of 2000 I was involved in a sports accident and did extensive damage to my right knee, that involved three surgries to repair, however after that my riding got less and less as the pain from my knee stopped me from riding every day. Then in Sept 2001 I was involved in a riding accident that almost took my life. Trust me when I say helmets save lives, because THEY DO! Please, do the smart thing, wear a helmet, even if your just pleasure riding!

Recently I just sucessfully re-injured my knee again and have already had my fourth surgery to try and correct my collapsing knee. I was diagnosed with Degerative Joint Disease and Osto-Arthritis and will have to get a knee replacement very soon. So my attention has turned back towards the models, since my days with riding horses seems to be coming sadly to a terrible close. I get around with a pretty good limp these days, but fear not....as soon as I can I will be back up in the saddle!
