This web page is dedicated to the study of Medieval and Rennaisance Brewing and Vinting.
My name is Beth Ann Snead and I'm a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism. I live in the area of the SCA known as the East Kingdom and have been making wines, meads and cordials for the past several years. I specialize in making wine out of grapes and other fruits.
In the SCA I am a Master in the East Kingdom's Brewer's Guild and have been made a Companion of the Order of the Maunche, the East Kingdom order of high merit for the arts and sciences.
Over the next several weeks I will be uploading my articles, documentation, recipes and a useful bibliography for those interested in the study of historical brewing and vinting. |
