Raised in a theocratic and futuristic world where they worship Jennifer Drake as a Messianic figure, Iseult has risen through the ranks of this new religion to become the Priestess of the Third Kingdom. Faithful to her cause she fights for the Pendragon name and has traveled to the past to obtain the Spear of Destiny to help fight a war against the common men who seak to overthrow the tyrannical reign of the Priestesses. On her search for the spear she is stranded in the modern day world when she is attacked by dragons which were awakened as a result of magic returning to earth. Marooned and confused, she confronts the real Jenifer Drake, who is the messianic basis of her own beliefs and is forced to question the basic tenets of her faith when the reality of the situation doesn't match what was prophesied in her Holy Writings. The Priestess eventually fulfills her objective, finding the true Spear of Destiny, but no longer has a clear idea in mind as to what she really wants to do.
