Song Playing is called
"Do You Hear What I Hear"

Loneliness
Standing here the roar of
the sea envelopes me
the cool mist blows across me, wind sweeps back my hair tangling it, with
the taste and feel of the salt laden air.
Watching the pounding of
the surf as it flows to and fro,
waves cresting, creating little eddies of foam.
Gulls circling overhead, crying their mournful cries.
Solitude around me, aching
within me,
the quiet stillness of my soul.
And as my thoughts reach out to you, wondering if your thoughts are winging
their way home to me.
Seaching in every pore of
my being,
for your embrace wanting to reach out,
and hold you close to me.
The echoing stillness surrounding me.
Remembrances of days gone
by,
where love and laughter were everyday part of us.
Mournfull as the cries of the gulls, I remember, your touch,
your eyes looking into mine.
Heat warming me
Now as I stand on this shore
of solitude
sending out ward the longing deep within me,
urging it onward to focus on you,
so you will come back to me.
to end this solitude that is deep within me.
