| Ordering Information: Avalon is currently setting up paypal for your convienience, however, we will always accept checks and money orders. Please send all checks and money orders to: Avalon, 5 State St. Oneonta, NY 13820. You may also reach us at our customer service number (607) 432 1777 EST Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 6pm. Avalon will special order any item, clothing, or custom leather piece. All special orders must be paid for in advance. | We are stocking an extensive inventory, however, in working with our craftsmen, to supply your needs. Sometimes there are delays. If we are temporarily out of one or more items, it is because our demand exceeds our supply. Unless you request no backorder, we will procure the out of stock items for you and contact you when they are available. |

| Avalon offers no cash refunds, however we offer a fourteen day return policy or in store credit. All special orders, clothing, jewelry, and leather good sales are final. If for some reason you are displeased, contact Avalon within three days after reciving your order. |

| Our shipping method is through United Parcel Service, although we will ship US Postal Service if this is requested. We ask that our clients, pay shipping charges, insurance plus handling charges, which are computed according to UPS shipping rates. Orders are usually shipped within one week, if all products ordered are in stock. | The Masterworks pewter collection is warrented against defective craftsmanship only. Avalon offers a liberal exchange policy. We are able to do this based on the company we do business with. Respectfully, you must contact the company within 48 hours. All shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. |

| Check Policy: Make checks payable to Avalon. All checks must clear before merchandise is sent. Allow an extra 7-10 days in addition to the standard amount of weeks merchandise is to arrive. All returned checks have a $40.00 service charge. All Avalons orders take 3-6 weeks for normal delivery. All specially ordered items, a 60-90 day arrival period. For an added charge Avalon may ship in two to three days upon your request. Minimum shipping charge on two and three day orders, is $20.00. Avalon at this time will only ship to the US and Canada. |
