Autumn Equinox also know as Mabon, marks the completion of the harvest that was begun at Lammas. Again day & night are equal, The God leaves his physical body  begins a great adventure toward renewal and rebirth.
Nature draws back its bounty, getting ready for a winter and its time of rest. The Goddess feels the Gods presence even as he wanes.
The Symbols of Mabon are Grapes, Wine, Vines, Garland, Gourds, Rattles,  Horn O' Plenty. The Colors are Brown, Orange, Violet, Maroon, Russet,  Deep Gold. The Animals are Dogs, Wolves,  Birds of Prey. The Stones are Amethyst & Yellow Topaz.
