Are you struggling to overcome a negative habit, like smoking or overeating?  Are you plagued by dysfunctional relationship patterns that keep cropping up in your life?  Are you frustrated by projects that you just cant seem to get off the ground?  Have you spent years in psychotherapy struggling with mental or emotional issues that you just cant resolve?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might want to try the Holographic Repatterning (HR) Process for Positive Change.

I was introduced to HR by a local intuitive who suggested I enroll in practitioner training.  Although I had never heard of the process, I trusted the intuitive, and followed her advice.  I found the system so powerful that after two training seminars and just a few personal sessions, I had severed a destructive relationship and vastly improved strained communications with my office staff.  A few months later, with no effort, I ended a 25 year alcohol abuse habit.

Holographic Repatterning was devised by Chloe Faith Wordsworth, who synthesized her training and experience in acupuncture, polarity, and the ancient Meridian-Chakra healing system, with her knowledge of psychology, physics, holograms, and sound frequencies. According to Chloe, human beings, like everything else in the universe, are pulsating fields of frequencies.  Within these frequency fields are the records of every experience weve had since the moment of conception.  Chloe compares a human being to a hologram.  If you shine a laser light on a holographic plate, you have an illusion, a 3-D image that doesn't exist. A holographic plate can accommodate millions of images; one only has to change the angle of the light to see a different picture.

According to Chloe, when we experience problems in our lives, we are resonating with the negative or life-depleting frequencies in our energy fields.  She calls this the principle of non-coherence.  In a typical HR session, the practitioner leads the client through a structured dialogue to determine with which non-coherent, life-depleting thoughts or unconscious belief systems the client is resonating. At each step of the process, muscle checking, a biofeedback technique is used to verify the clients answers.  Muscle checking is a way to bypass the conscious mind and tap into the bodys intelligence on an unconscious level.  Specific muscles are tested for strength or weakness to determine whether or not the client resonates with a statement.

Once the non-coherent belief systems are identified, the practitioner again uses muscle checking to determine the best modalities for altering the clients frequency patterns.  These modalities may involve sound (laughing, toning, humming, clapping); color or light (color-filter lenses/torches, chakra scarves, eye exercises for absorbing light or activating peripheral vision); movement (dance, yoga postures, Chi Kung, Brain Gym), energetic contact (acupressure, cranio-sacral, polarity, meridian massage), or breathwork.   After the modalities are performed, muscle checking is again used to determine if the negative belief patterns have cleared.  Usually significant positive changes are noted.  Sometimes additional modalities are indicated.

Holographic Repatterning does not attempt to compete with traditional counseling methods as a healing modality.  Nevertheless, with a few HR sessions, many people have been able to overcome issues they may have spent a lifetime analyzing in psychotherapy.  HR does not involve introspection, but rather seeks to transform destructive belief patterns by shifting negative frequency patterns.  Nor is HR limited to helping overcome mental or emotional issues; many people have successfully used the technique to deal with physical symptoms as well.  Chloe tells the success story of one man who was able in just a few HR sessions to reduce his dangerously high blood pressure to a healthy level.  Nevertheless, as with most healing modalities, periodic maintenance sessions are recommended to support the clients positive changes and growth.  After his blood pressure had stabilized, the previously mentioned man asked Chloe if he really needed more Holographic Repatterning.  That depends, replied Chloe.  How much life do you want?
