If you are a spiritual person, (pagan or not) just live and practice your lifestyle. The rest will become a natural progression. It is not necessary to put a label on your spiritual practices. If you cannot be openly pagan, just teach your child by the law of return and your own example. Greetings MoonHeart, I am in a place on my path that I need to learn forgiveness in my life. Greetings Meeshka, Thank you for this question. Although we have limited space here, I can touch on some things that will hopefully spark some insight on this subject. For many years "forgiveness" has been presented in our culture as a way for human beings to free themselves and others from an unacceptable behavior without atonement or responsibility for their own actions. As Pagan beings this is not our way. I believe that "true forgiveness" is required for the healing process of human beings. Within ourselves, we possess the ability to release negativity and foster an accurate image of those that have harmed us; we are in charge of ourselves and our own feelings. Healing comes with our own change of mind." True Forgiveness" is for our own happiness, our own inner peace. We cannot change the past but I believe we can change the way we view the past and by doing so, looking at things in a different perspective can help us to understand that there really is no reason to harbor the pain of old realities. Pent up negativity only darkens our perception as well as blocking our ability to heal. I believe we are designed by the divine with an innate ability to reject unacceptable behavior of human beings� yet maintain unconditional love for the spirit. Let go, look within� and without. "True forgiveness" and love are the keys to empowerment. If empowerment is your desire�use the keys. |
