Apple & Raisin Tarts

1 apple (cored, peeled, and chopped,)
2 Tablespoons raisins,
3 Tablespoons sugar,
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated dinner crescent rolls
3 Tablespoons sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinnamon for the topping

Put the chopped apples, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir until the apples are coated.
Separate the 8 uncooked crescent rolls into precut triangles.
Spoon 1 Tablespoon of the apple mixture into the middle of the triangle.
Fold over edges, and pinch to seal.
Sprinkle the cinnamon & sugar topping over each tart.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Cool for 20 minutes on a wire rack.
