Medicinal Uses
Used as a gargle & mouthwash for gums, sore throats & tonsillitis. Helps digest rich foods & decreases milk production in lactating females, anti-diarrheal, antiseptic, anydrotic, astringent, carminative, diaphoretic, digestive, diuretic, emmenagogue, hemostat, laxative, panacea, sedative, stimulant, tonic, cancer (mouth), common cold, cough, dysmenorrhea, dyspepsia, esophageal irritation, fever, intestinal inflammation, laryngitis, nausea, night sweat, pharyngeal irritation, poison oak, quinsy, respiratory ailments, sore, throat, stomach inflammation, tonsillitis, warts

Sage infusion

Place 1 full oz of sage leaves (may be whole or rubbed) in a container and pour 8 oz of boiled water over top. Steep for 20 minutes. Remove spent leaves from your infusion and add up to 4 tablespoons of honey. Use as a mouth wash to help heal sore throats or sores in, on, or around the mouth or sip through out the day to help sore throats, relieve gassiness or irritation of the digestive tract. If you would like to use as an anti-diarrheal leave the honey out of the recipe.

Healing Amulet

A small malachite (you may use a bead if you do not have a piece of malachite)
A clove of Garlic
One part each Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, Saffron
Two parts of Sage
Place in a small blue bag and carry or wear to promote healing.
