As I prepare for the coming day,
I search for clarity and strength.
Breathe in, breathe out.
I take a meditative pose and relax.
I close my eyes.
Breathe in, breathe out.
I imagine a single open flame, and concentrate.
I begin to empty my mind.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Slowly, my mind empties, leaving only the flame.
My mind is clear.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Slowly, as before, I allow the minutia to re-enter my mind,
Letting only the good back in.
Breathe in, breathe out.
I keep the fears and worries out.
I feel refreshed and calm.
Breathe in, breathe out.
I am now ready to face the day,
Feeling strong and new.
