EASY VERTIGO TUTORIAL
NEEDED:
- PSP
- Letter Creator
- Tube of your choice, largest side not longer then 350 px
- Filter Factory D: Vertigo:

LEVEL:
Beginner with basic knowledge of paint shop pro, letter
creator and filters
PREPARING
- Open tube
- Duplicate tube (Shift D) and close original
- Chose a light color from tube and select it as
foreground color in the materialbox
- Chose a dark color from tube and select is as
background color in the materialbox
- Edit - Copy
- Minimize Tube
BACKGROUND
- File � New Image (1280x400, transparant)
- Selections � Select all
- Edit � Paste into Selection
- Selections � Select none
- Effects � Image Effects � Seamless tiling: at default
- Layers � New layer (raster)
- Floodfill layer with light foreground color
- Layers � arrange � send to bottom
- Layers � Merge � Merge visible
- Effects � Filter Factory D � Vertigo: with these settings:
Settings: Intensity: 185
- Optional: lower the opacity of this background if necessary
to make it more textfriendly
- Effects � Image Effects � Seamless Tiling: at default
- Edit � Paste � Paste as a new layer
- With your mover tool move your tube to the far left
of the background
- Effects � 3d effects � Dropshadow with these settings:
horizontal: 4, vertical: 4, opacity: 56, blur: 20, color black
- Layers � new raster layer. Add your watermark.
- Layers � Merge � Merge all (flatten)
FINISHING
- File � Export: JPEG Optimize with compression of 25
- In Letter Creator in your Body open your background
- Tile in your body
- Chose a matching text color and place margins
- In your Footer mention your credits
- Finish
