Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with the quality, materials, or workmanship, return the product in unused condition in the original carton within five (5) days for exchange, replacement* or credit.
You must notify us within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise of any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that you have completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced. All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused.
*Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be comparable of at least equal value.
Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
