Students and... other people at Ohtori Academy

Sitting at a coffee table in the dorm, Jen looks sourly at the page title then at Jade & Candra," Since when do WE have to explain about the characters?"
       Jade shrugs, " Do we have anything better to do? " Jen looks thoughtful for a moment." ..I guess not" Candra  smiles and pours four cups of tea. Jen lifts an eye at the fourth cup," Are we expecting company?"  She looks around suspiciously for a moment. Jade nods and puts a plate of cookies at the center of the table. As if on cue, there is a knock on the door. Jade gets up and skips to the door.  Jen narrows her eyes at the door, wondering who could be behind it.  Jade giggles as Chu Chu walks in," Chu Chu .. Chu Chu!!"
      Chu Chu helps himself to the cookies at the table," chuchuchuchuchuchuchuchu!" Jen blinks," Why is Chu Chu here? " Jade lightly pokes Chu chu's tummy," Well, who were you expecting?"  Jen sweatdrops,"No one." Candra smirks, " Right, like you weren't expecting Akio to walk in here."   Jen blushes ,"No..."  Jade shrugs," I invited Akio , Touga, Anthy , Utena, Nanami , Juri , Kozue, Wakaba, and Miki. They all had previous plans... most of them had plans with each other..." Jen raises a brow, but knows better then to question the personal lives of the students at Ohtori Academy. Candra smiles wickedly," Maybe we can invite them over later tonight." Once again Jen knows to keep her mouth shut... The students of Ohtori are an odd bunch.. who knows what weird things Candra had planned in her mind. Jen delicately sips her tea , trying to act more civilized like Jade suggested. Jade grins evilly , " This is where we explain some of the oddities at Ohtori Academy. I went over  some of them in the Duelist Gallery, but these  are a bit more indepth about  them , as I have come to see them." Now Jen is confused," Who are you talking to Ja-Chan?"  Jade makes a 'hmph' noise and whacks Jen over the head with a spatula," The people  checking out the website you baka!"

   Utena Tenjou - When she was young, a prince gave her a rose signet ring and told her it would bring them together someday.When she got older, she went to Ohtori Academy to search for this prince. One day her friend Wakaba wrote a love letter to a guy named Saionji . Somehow the letter was posted on the school bulletin board. Wakaba was crushed. Utena, overcome with fierce protection for her friend, confronted Saionji  about it, and then challenged him to a duel. She beat him, even though Saionji was using a real sword and she was not, thus winning the Rose Bride, Anthy.  At first , Utena wanted nothing more to do with the duels or the Bride, but gradually she accepted her place as a duelist .

  Anthy  Himemeya   She is the Rose Bride, to be engaged to whoever wins the duels. She loves animals and often keeps them in weird places around her dorm. She likes playing cards and making shaved ice.She tends to the roses in the Academy's rose garden.  She seems to get slapped around a lot by whoever feels like doing it at the time. Her chest also happens to be the sheath for Utena's sword. The Sword of Dios.

  Touga Kiryuu  Student council president. He is a playboy , and just about every girl at Ohtori Academy adores him. He  defeats Utena in a duel, by weakening her defenses and telling her he was the prince she had been searching for . He's rather manipulative  and like many of the other students at Ohtori, he likes to do the horizontal tango... with  just about anyone.. *shudder*

  Juri Arisugawa She is the captain of the fencing club. A no nonsence, tough as nails duelist who seems to have some pent up problems. She has  an issue with Utena, who is idealistic and a believer in miracles. Juri herself stopped believing in miracles when the girl she loved, Shiori fell in love with a boy. (I'm still not certain if Juri liked the guy too) Anyway ,  Juri went against Utena in a duel and lost by what seemed to be a miracle, when Utena's sword flew high in the air, and came down cutting the rose from Juri's breast.

  Saionji Kyouichi He is the vice president of the student council. He is also captain of the kendo club.He had the Rose Bride before Utena  beat him in a duel.  Apparently, despite the fact that he was always slapping her around, Saionji really did love Anthy. After bringing Utena to the Dueling Arena without permission , and then injuring Touga , Saionji was 'suspended' from Ohtori.

Miki Kaoru He is on the student council. He is very intelligent and is a great pianist . He and his sister composed the famous piece,'the Sunlit Garden' He feels responsible that his sister stopped playing the piano. He is always timing something with his stopwatch, and he has strong feelings for Anthy. He seems to think (in my opinion at least) that Anthy very well may be his shining thing.. he wants to win her from Utena.

Nanami Kiryuu She is Touga's younger sister . She has an odd.... relationship with her brother. She gets really jealous if any other girl gets close to him. She has a group of followers  by the names of Aiko, Keiko, and Yuuko. When Saionji injured Touga, Nanami blamed it on Utena and with Touga's help became a duelist. She lost to Utena of course but even after the duel, she continued to attack Utena with a shortblade.

  Wakaba Shinohara   She is one of Utena's closests friends. She jokingly refers to Utena as her boyfriend and is constantly jumping on her back with a vice-like grip. The term for this action is 'Glomp' *grins* At some point  when  Utena is depressed about losing Anthy to Touga, Wakaba gives Utena a pep talk  which motivates her to challenge Touga again.

Kozue Kaoru She is Miki's twin sister and somewhat the Ohtori Bicycle.. you know.. everyones had a ride... Kozue was first shown coming out of the music room *cough* straightening her clothes and fixing her shirt. Inside the music room, however, was  Touga , who had not not bothered to fix his. Kozue apparently co-created the Sunlit Garden with Miki , but in honesty her piano playing is terrible.

Akio Ohtori He is Anthy's brother. He's manipulative and has an eye for Utena. He's engaged to Kanae Ohtori... he's chairman of Ohtori Academy  . He's devious  , and Manipulative, and just plain bad. Apparently he's the evil half of Dios. Spooky....

  Dios He is the Prince that gave Utena the rose signet ring when she was younger.He is eternally 11 years old and lives in the Castle of Illusion.. ( that upside down one)  He offers his  help to Utena when she duels. (You see him like, floating down into her ^_^;;)

     Jade  sips the last of her tea & smiles, " And those are the people of Ohtori Academy." Candra blinks," You missed like a whole bunch." Jade laughs nervously ," Well, heh... er..." Jen  grins evilly, "Thats cause she doesn't know em all. " Candra sighs," Oh great. That means I'M gonna have to do  it next time then..." Jade grumfs," Well maybe you should Miss Knowitall." She leans across the table and whaps Candra in the head with the spatula.  Chu chu in the meantime has left the room , only to appear a moment later with Akio. All three girls see Akio and abruptly shut up.  Akio walks toward them with a half grin." So, I'm evil am I?"  Jade sputters as Jen tried to hide behind her teacup. Candra  folds her arms as Akio smiles at her. " Yes you're evil. And manipulative.. and everything else we called you..."  Akio smiles, " Well  Candra.. maybe we can discuss this further.. in my car? " Jade screams ," NOOO not the car!!!" Jen  still tries desperately to hide behind her cup. Candra  frowns," I'm not that dumb Ja-Chan." Jade points out  the door, " Look, it's Utena!!" Akio  swirls around to see where Jade had pointed," Where? Where??"  As Akio looks towards the door, Jade, Jen , and Candra haul their sweet behinds to the closet and lock themselves in. "Ca-Chan?" Jade says barely above a whisper.  "What ?" Candra says uneasily as she shifts in the closet," Something is digging into my back.." she complains. Jade lowers her voice more," Isn't there always an Akio in the closet??"  Jen groans," Jade get your hand offa me. "  "Er.. thats not me Jen-chan ," Jade replies, feeling a hand on her own back," Umm.."   Candra  tries to get her eyes to focus in the dark closet," It isn't me either.. umm.."   A fourth voice whispers from behind the 3 girls, " Thats because you're all sitting on me...I knew you would all come to your senses."
" AHHH , " screams Jen," It's AKIO!!" The trio bust out of the closet and out of the dorm room, leaving Akio in the closet, grinning like the cheshire cat, " Oh I do love it when they play hard to get...."
