Imagine being in another country miles and miles away from everything you know sleeping in a foxhole or eating a MRI left over from Vietnam. The chicken you are eating has been dead longer than you've been alive. Imagine carrying a backpack that weighs 75 pounds on your back. Imagine not seeing your family and friends for months at a time. These are a few of the things Soldiers' do to protect and serve you everyday.
You can boost the morale of U.S. troops by sending a Military Care Package to a deployed soldier. The only highlight in a deployed soldiers' day is getting mail or talking to their family and friends. Some of the soldiers are single or have no family. A small act of writing a letter to one these soldiers could brighten their day. You all wore the flags after September 11th. Now let's make this another movement of patriotism.
