The Legend of Winter Moon
Name: Winter Moon

Age:   23

Appearence: Brilliant jade green eyes with dazzling specks of gold that dance within them. Long straight blonde hair, calf length.

Personality:   Oftentimes clumsy, as if she is just learning to walk upon her legs for the first time...Warm and compassionate. Forgets things quite often, but never dwells on it. Loves new people, places and experiences.

History: Winter's history, that she can remember, stated when she awoke in a field, near a trail, dressed in plush white robes, much like a wizard would wear.  She chose the south fork in the path and it began her adventure. Oftentimes she is struck with awe at the smallest of things, and every once in a great while she gets the feeling like she knows someone, only shes just met them...hasnt she??

The only memories of her past that she can recall would be a feeling of being safe and warm, and loved very much. Once in a while she almost knows who she is, but it slips away from her just as the wind would blow leaves acrost the cool earth of fall.

Recently when Winter awoke in the field with a path near her, she chose the south route and came upon a tavern, meeting the man she knew she was destined to marry, Moon. She felt as if she had known him all her life, but she could not remember where it was that she would have known him from, and he insisted that he only just met her. Though he must have felt the same as she, herself, felt, because not only did he tell her she could stay, when she asked, but in return, he asked that she stay forever so he might never lose her. She agreed with a feeling that all her dreams were coming true.

Moon and Winter were married in a small ceremony in his tavern, making their vows upon which they would live the rest of their lives. Though still she wonders from time to time, where she came from and how she managed to be in that field that day, but it leaves her mind as quickly as it enters, as if it wasnt supposed to be there in the first place.

One morning, only days after their vows were made, Winter woke alone. At first, she was confused, not understanding why she would be left so suddenly. She had been so naive, she came to realize, seeing the coldness that truely did lay within people, that one should leave her alone, knowing nothing of herself, knowing nothing of her surroundings, and very little about the cruelty of people. She didn't understand why someone would lie to her, she was so open and honest herself...After waiting several days with no word, she left to try to seek him out, and in doing so, was found alongside a gentle flowing river that she used quite frequently, thinking it would wash away the pain she felt...she never realized that perhaps it wasn't the river that would do it, but the people that came to this river, as she, herself did....

Not meant to be. Never meant to be. Always heartbreak. Would she never find where she was truely meant to be? Would she never find the warmth she was sent to feel? With her every breath, and tears in her eyes, she asked forgiveness for whatever it was she must be doing to wake to only an empty bed, where once there was warmth...twice now, and never a goodbye... Did she even realize how closely it was that the gods would listen to one of their dearest angels?

Could you see the horse drawn coach that travels the road to that castle? Do you see her? I think she likes that fur lined cloak, and it looks so very soft, hugging her chilled face with its warmth.  And her eyes...they are lit with excitement, in its gradure...She sees so many things with those eyes. More than some and less than others...but so much...I think that castle would be lonely though, to spend her days in alone...I think she could use someone to hold her hand as she steps forth through it's doors. I think thats what she's been waiting for...
Shhhh

for you
quietly

Laughing with delight
