Lady E'owyn's Hearts are hand-crafted with the utmost care. These are my very own original creations and I hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them. Please note that the pictures are of the SAME Heart. I wanted you to see that due to the translucent quality of the beads that I use, they will have a different look under different light sources. In some cases, drastically different. Lady E'owyn's Hearts are a unique gift any time you wish to send your love to someone as unique as the Heart! This is more than a pendent and slightly different than a locket. While you can put treasures into the Heart - I have a lock of hair in mine! - be careful to understand that it IS NOT solid like a locket. If you put something very small in, it MIGHT fall out. Because it will be shipped, you will have to reshape it a little when you recieve it. This peice was made using a different thread and so is a little "softer" than "True Blue" so might need reshaping a little more often if it is left empty. "Firelight" was created using size 11/0 seed beads throughout. The body of the heart is and majority of the necklace strap are Light Red Mill Hill Seed Beads with an AB finish. The accent color beads are Pale Gold Mill Hill Seed Beads with an AB finish. I don't know if the color names are technically correct, I bought them long ago. The Heart pendent itself measures just under 1 1/2 inches at the widest, just over 1 1/2 inches in height, 1 inch deep and is 15 inches in total length. |
