The Nubian Jewel

The last night on the cruise, there was a "Galabaya Party". A galabaya is the traditional Egyptian garment worn out. Most galabayas are floor length, made of cotton, with threaded embroidery around the neck, sleeves, and hem. But of course, you know I gotta profile. I bypassed the traditional stuff, and went for the more non-traditional galabaya, knee-length, with sequins and a see-through back.

Many of the Egyptians (men) on the ship said that I looked like the reincarnation of Rameses' wife, Nefertari. (That's right y'all...she was a sista, with braids and all)
