The Dragon
The Dragon is the most powerful animal in Chinese mythology. As opposed to the western dragon, the chinese is usually kind and helpful and it controls water, mainly lakes and rivers as well as the sky, especially clouds and storms. In the chinese astrology, the dragon is often described as having a vibrant and charismatic personality. In matters of work, a dragon is the kind of person who is willing to work very hard to make their projects succeed and they are also known as visionaries and artistic. The chinese believe the dragon to be the most lucky of all the signs and because of this China experiences a babyboom in the year of the dragon.
Try visiting The Animals if you are interested in a brief description of the dragon. If that sounds interesting, you could continue to Chinese horoscopes which contains a longer and more in-depth description. Please note that this page takes quite some time to loade.

As opposed to the western astrology, the chinese work with the year of birth in stead of the month of birth. If you would like to know what your chinese animal is, both pages mentioned above will allow you to find out.
