Hello! Really glad you made it this far.  A little bit about us... My name is Donna and my husband is Douglas.  We got hitched on August 5th 1989.

We have no children.  I cannot have any.  Because of a condition I have known as polycystic ovaries.  After almost 11 years of trying all the shots and pills the Doctors have had us to try, and several operations to correct this, we have given up on children.  But really do you ever give up?

On October 28, 2001 our quest for natural children was finally and completely put to rest I had to have a total hysterectomy, due to cervical cancer.  Kind of funny because there was a huge mass there...  Been there for years the Doctor said that told me of this heart-breaking news.

We or I should say I have faced the fact that God didn't want us to have children.  But, we do have several nieces and nephews!  One day pretty soon we will some snapshots of them all. As of January 29, 2007 we have a total of 7 nieces and 6 nephews.  Our newest little nephew was born in May of 2006.

But, on another note we do have a little girl named Amy Sue.  She is a Dachshund.... a spoiled little (big long) black and tan weenie dog. She was born on November 15th, 1996. So that makes her almost eleven.  I will have a picture of her up and on her own page one day.

We got another little girl at age six weeks....  Born on January  28, 2000 named her Lady Bug.  She is a wheat (straw) colored long haired Chihuahua/Pomeranian.  We had to put her to rest due to being poisoned on March 23th, 2003.  We came close to losing them all due to the fact that someone has so much hatred. 

In October 2001, God took away the ability for us to have natural children.  But gave us a little boy named Squeaky, tan and white miniature Chihuahua born on October 20, 2001 he was around 6 weeks old when he arrived to us on December 8th, 2001.
