Ladyfishy

Hi Friends!! I am Ladydawnelle, a loyal friend and believer in truth. I spent 6 yrs in the military & reserve as a reporter, broadcaster and photographer but am now disabled with thyroid and heart disease. It has slowed me down somewhat.

One of the things I've learned from my travels in the Army is that people everywhere are the same....all wish for love, for friendship and for peace. All strive to provide a good life for the people they love and many are honest. It was a great lesson for me. They say with age comes wisdom and I now believe that to be true. I love music, art and science (most of all). I love to travel and swim and think if pastlives are true....I was probably a fish or a mermaid!! Hee, hee!

WHAT I LOOK FOR IN OTHER PEOPLE
I look for HONESTY and FUN foremost in any relationship. Humor is also important. Intelligence is a GRAND plus. Looks are fleeting but I feel everyone should take care of themselves. I love to chat science, swim, boat, I loved Amsterdam in 2000, also I visit museums and planetariums. I love the mountains and the ocean. I'd love to take an Eclipse Cruise from down under! Who wouldn't?
 

THINGS I LIKE
I love many things. Many seasons and anytime of day where I am at peace with myself. I USED to hang out at the pool, the Wasteland chat room and Robin's Perch with all the great ppl there but now I'm hangin with friends at the DNC and various blogs.
 

THINGS I DON'T LIKE
Perverts disgust me as do liars and cheats. People that are mean to animals and children need to stay away from me. I dislike eating most fish and mollusks. I don't eat spinach (that's Popeye food!) or brusselsprouts, YUCK!!
