Dolls on Xeni bases

These two dolls are dressed in semi-authentic Plains Indian garb, or at least, the closest approximation I could manage with my limited talents. They won choice at Godessdollz' Native American Contest. Again, the female base was made by Nett, and the male base was made by Veriria. His name is Kohana, which means 'Swift' in the Sioux language, and her name is Aquene, which means 'Peace.' They come as a pair in this pic, but for adoption purposes, if you'd like one or the other, let me know. |

This is my first doll ever. She's an Irish lass, as you can see from her dark red hair and green eyes. The base is one of Nett's xeni bases, which I find quite striking. Since she's my first doll, and I had no idea what I was doing, I drew inspriation and help for her face and hair from Xandorra's finished xeni dolls. To be quite clear, I did NOT copy or paste anything onto this doll; I painted everything on by hand, pixel by pixel, using Xandorra's dolls as a guide when I got stuck. |
